A total of 33.9*3 was deducted in AUG 14,2020 , and repeated deductions were deducted 33.9 * 2 = 67.8.    How to  do ?

@robin4  contact the moderators and ask them to look into it for you.  In your case, send a private message to the Moderators by clicking here. Type " Charged 3 times at activation " in the subject message field. You’ll need to be logged in to your Community account for the link to work.


- Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent.

- Keep an eye on the envelope top right of your screen.  The mods answer will show up there.  When it does, you will be asked to verify your self service account, with your password and login. Doing so allows the process to continue. Stay safe.

You will need to contact moderator/PM employee to get customer service

 

Probably easier for you to private message moderator (due to English barrier)

I was deducted 3 times more (not 2 times), and my English is not good. How can I get help from the customer service?

There IS customer service. It's just by private messaging here. No call centre standing by 24/7 waiting for your call. See above instructions.

@robin4 PM charging multiple times is very very rare. Where are you seeing these charges? Login to your self-serve account and go to payment details and see if these charges also show up there. Post a screenshot without any personal details here so we can try to help you understand.

@robin4  log into your self sevice account or call 611 from your phone to see if the 2 extra charges show up as a credit in your account. Is it possible that you have 3 accounts charging tot he same credit card? And was a there a problem when you activated? Thanks.
