Login to your self-serve account.

Select [Plan and Add-Ons]--> [Change Phone Number] --> [Select a new phone number]

Yes, of course you can. 

Log into your self-serve account by going to publicmobile.ca. Click on the Plans and Add-ons tab near the top.  From there, there is a Change Phone number option.

@MrSteel18Easily. Log into self serve.

Click "Plans & Add-ons"

Click "Change Phone number"

Select "Select a new phone number"

Choose your province, city, and number.
