Hello, I moved from the Sunshine Coast in BC to Vancouver island in Shawnigan lake area. I don’t have any service here now. What do I need to do? Do I need to change my number? Is there service here ??? PleAse help

Should be service wherever Bell and Telus have it

According the PM coverage map, Shawnigan Lake within the PM coverage.

You should have service anywhere that Telus has service. Maybe restart your phone...see if that helps.

Ask some of the locals what cell service works best.

@Karen1973 check your coverage https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/coverage . And try restarting your phone, remove and reinsert the SIM, wait 5 minutes and restart it.  Also, try switching your phone over to 3g. Stay safe.
