Motorola and Mobile Data

My daughter and I both have Motorola phones (different models) and neither of us can access mobile data. We can make and receive calls and texts but cannot surf outside of Wi-Fi. Is Moto 4G not compatible with Public Mobile anymore?

@ForEternia If it's 4G compatible model and you have good 4G signal at where you are, you should get LTE Data. First confirm you have data available by logging into your account. Then make sure you have LTE/4G network mode is selected in your phone network settings. Try Airplane mode off/on and see if that helps.
