Simple answer…no. It will be sent by electronically to you once you put in a request to the CS_Agent.
If you need it for work, you can print out View Payment History and change the 7 day drop down to 30 days if that works for your employer. It will have the registered owner name on it.

Also, don't expect the statements they send to resemble what a post-paid carrier may provide.
As this is a low-priority request, expect to wait about 3-4 weeks from the time of the request.

Nope. If you need a list of your usage you can get through self-service account and if you need something real official you will have to ask agent to generate and send you one.

They will not mail anything to you. You could request an electronic copy of a receipt, but you'll have to request it each time by opening a ticket through: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
