Hi,
I completed the activation for my new sim card and it was all good until the last page it said an error occured but to log into my account, however it says my account is not registered. But the money has been taken from my account to pay for my plan.
I have tried inserting the sim but it is not working.

@phoebeswift98 try clear the cache on your browser restart your computer and try the activation again to see if it works, If it doesn't work then you need to send a private message to the https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

@phoebeswift98You will need to contact the moderators by click on the ? on the lower right hand corner. Chat with SIMon and click on submit ticket once it seems to understand you.
