How can I get my money back because I wasn’t able to keep my number?

I was able to get agent to refund amount. Thanks for help . Awhile ago they didn’t want to do it but said they would now .

@Leroy97  it is not silly, it just limitation.  There are some numbers you cannot move to Telus, but also other numbers cannot be moved to Rogers or so

For refund, you need to ask PM  for that.  Since the number cannot be ported , they will usually agree to proceed refund.   Please check with PM directly.  

Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here:

yes, turn out 807-271 cannot be transferred to any Telus owned providers.  You will have to stick with Rogers or Bell or Shaw

Yes it is but it’s not possible to transfer apparently   . 807-271

many numbers can be ported here, check with PM support agent and see if the number can be ported first.  If not, then ask for refund
