What's the average response time for mods? 

 

It's been 2 hours since I messaged them regarding a porting issue. I am still not getting any incoming calls after my port-in from 2 days ago.

I have already messaged the moderator team. It's been 24 hours, yet I have not received a response from them.

 

I am beginning to regret my decision to join Public Mobile.

If only incoming is not working, see if you can use your old provider, as its failed port in.

I have been waiting 2 days. I did get 1 response asking for me to provide PIN number and now its been 2 days and still getting no response. This is getting ridiculous.

@YPLiu  do you have  failed port? is so yous your old sim till it stops working.  also if it is a porting issue make sure you give the needed info to the mods.

 

How can you get help with your account, activation, or service?

In your message please include:

  • PM Phone Number, 4 digit PIN, Account email address, Detailed explanation of your issue

If you have a Porting issue, please also include:

  • The number you want to port, PM sim number, old account number, old account name exacly as on bill

Don't know your pin?--provide any 3 of the following:

  • Complete mailing address, Email address, Alternate phone number, Date of birth, Last top up date & amount

How long until they reply?:

  • Office Hours: Mon-Fri 9am to 9pm, and Sat-Sun 9am to 7:30pm [Totonto Time] from 9am to 7:30pm [Totonto Time].
  • Messages are replied to during business hours and in the order they are received
  • Typical response time is between 1-3 hours, depending on message queue, but can be up to 48 hours.
  • There is no need to send multiple messages.

I wouldn't mind the wait except that it's an incoming call issue.

They are too busy now.   Especialy during promotion time.   Its unlikely they respond within 2 hours unfortunately.  Smiley Happy  

Wait few more hours or till tomorrow.
