Mobile network state is "Disconnected"

I have changed my phone number, but Mobile network state in SIM card status is "Disconnected", Does it means Public is transfering phone numbers?

Depending on the phone model, this may simply mean that the mobile data connection isn't being actively used at that moment.  This includes when you're on Wi-Fi.  It's not necessarily and indication of any problem.

Did you successfully confirm the transfer? Is your old account now closed? Did you have a look at my other questions?

I tried to transfer my old phone number from Telus to Public, during that period I changed my mind due to a very waiting time and selected another number provided by Public. Now my mobile show me the new number but mobile network state disconnected. I am confused how to change numbers in Public network. My phone's Network shows Public Mobile。

That's a devil of a problem. 🙂 Have you restarted the phone? Maybe in and out of airplane mode? Try sim in another phone?
