In the past few days I've had problems accessing mobile data and that's never been a problem before. Is it possible this is a PM issue? Are there any steps I should take to make sure this isn't a provider issue? I have already reset network settings. This is an iPhone 6s iOS 13.7.
Thanks.

Hi @PDub it seems that Apple’s iOS 13.7 could have a tremendous impact on your iPhone 6s or iPhone 6s Plus’ performance. Check out this link https://www.gottabemobile.com/8-things-to-know-about-the-iphone-6s-ios-13-update/

Check your iPhone for update.
If yes, update it or connect your iPhone to a computer running iTune to update and download the PM specific carrier file to configure your APN.

@PDub what plan are you currently on? can you login to your self serve account and check to see if you have any data remaining. if you don't see any data fields under "overview", you've most likely used it all up

I can understand your frustration with this. The network looks good from here, no outages. You can see real time outage information here:
https://www.telus.com/en/on/outages
If you’re in an area with poor reception you can try Cloudflare WARP and see if you notice improvements:

I would also make sure your phone’s OS is up to date.

Use your PM SIM on another known working phone. This will determine whether the issue is your phone or PM account setup.
If your PM SIM card works in another phone, it is your phone problem.
If you PM SIM card does not work with another phone, it is PM account problem.
