Hello,
i checked my payment and I don’t see my rewards applied to my up coming payment. I have auto payment, loyalty, and refer a friend rewards?
How can I get this fix?

1 Is just a glitch make up on your profile due to the updates.
2 Or you agreed to switch to the new Public Points. And if this is the case, THERE IS NO WAY you can go back. NO WAY, even, you reach CSA, The CEO, Jesus, THERE IS NO WAY, you can cry, yell, get upset, but YOU WILL NEVER GO BACK!

HI @Myhien for upcoming payment, sometimes it does not show properly. But try again using Incognito/Private/Secret mode
And , PM now deposit the rewards into your account a day before your renewal date as Available fund, you might want to login and check then

I had this problem upon my first login into the new system as well. I cleared my cookies and logged in again using incognito. After that, it magically populated when clicking in the my rewards session. Not sure if that helps but worth a try.
