Hi, I misclicked when registering for my 90 day service and did not include the unlimited texting option. I tried emailing customer service to address this over 6 days ago and they have not responded yet. I had to buy a plan add-on for texting since the customer service is so bad. Is there any way to get this addressed quicker?

Bad timing for a mistake. You'd be better of to private message a moderator with your delema than using email to contact them.

typical response time is usually <24-48 hours, but because of the promo they had a large influx of new activations (>14000 in 20 days based on order number differences) so mod response is a lot longer but once cleared up things will get back to normal.
