My minutes seemed to disappear faster than I expected. Do incoming calls use my minutes allowance as well? Or just calls I make?
I also can't seem to access voicemail. It says "Connection problem or invalid MMI code"

Here is the help article on limited talk plans:
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/limited-talk-and-text-plans
The present $15 plan includes unlimited incoming calls. The grandfathered $10 plan and the original $15 plan (2.5 years ago) does not include unlimited incoming calls.
Your voicemail message indicates that you might have the wrong voicemail access number in your phone. Try to dial the number for your region and see whether that access your voicemail. Then need to program your phone with that number.

Hi @JoshMez ,
Incoming calls do not allocate to your 100 minutes usage.
fyi -
What happens when you hold the the "1" on your dialer? It should go to voicemail menu.

You can check your minutes on your self serve landing page. They are listed under data and add-ons. If the line item isn't showing - - that means they're used up.
Keep in mind that minutes used are billed by the minute, and not the second. So if you spoke for 1 minute + 1 second, that counts as 2 minutes.
If you're having problems accessing voicemail, you may want to reach out to a moderator to explain that issue.

@JoshMez :Incoming minutes are free, but calling voicemail uses your minutes.
