Not getting service and switch back to normal sim I paid for a bill and couldn’t use my phone service was off and on

so, you updated the sim card on your My Account? (sorry, you didn't answer the question directly)

or you can ask PM agent to help and check what went wrong.  Please submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".  
             (If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")

I did everything is fine with the sim just the service sucks and I might just switch I couldn’t even use my phone this month

you switched back to normal sim, is that a new sim that was never been used ?  and did you login My Account to update the sim card number?
