Hello. Is it possible to change carriers when in Mexico?  Looking to change from SaskTel to public mobile plan while in Mexico.  Or does it have to be done while in Canada?

only if you can receive and try text to SaskTel in Mexico

with porting, SaskTel will send you a text and you need to reply Yes within 90 mins for the transfer to complete
