Made the Switch from TELUS to PM a few months ago- never been happier with this decision. The young guy at PM (sorry I forgot your name) was increibly patient and helpful despite having him alone helping like 3 customers that night. Kudos!
@GeeMan- This is really old news. There are no more Public kiosks. In fact no retailers sign up accounts anymore at all. So you buy a sim and have a credit card handy and download the app and clear the data of your default phone browser and start in with the sign up.
@rhbcc one thing I suggest doing is creating a self serve account if you haven't already done so. it will give you the ability to maintain your account without going to the kiosk.
