I didn’t get a message saying the transfer was completed and to insert the new PM SIM. How long do I wait? It was probably 20 hours ago.

I could not call with my old SIM still there and so I took out the old one put in the PM SIM, but am unable to make calls.

I can message but calling does not work. I will take out old SIM and insert the PM. Thank you.

is your old carrier sim card still working? it can make calls and receive inbound calls? or so, the port is not done yet
if you notice your old carrier sim card no longer working, remove it and insert the PM sim
