having quite a few issues finishing my transfer from Bell. First I’m unable to fully login to me account because I am not receiving the confirmation number from eversafe to my phone. Also I’ve been informed from Bell that my number has not been ported over properly.
help!

Here are the steps to port your number over to PM.
The steps must be followed in exact order if you are porting your number over to PM:
If all steps are followed, there could be provisional/backend issue with the SIM so contact a CS_Agent to fix at:

@Neil-45 , once you do get your number transfer completing by reaching out to the porting team, you can access your account by using the resend code option and have the 2FA code sent to email. Once in your account, go to the profile tab and edit the eversafe settings and update the phone number. The eversafe system does not auto link to the phone number associated with the account.
