Manual Port Request Needed

I am porting my phone number from Public Mobile to Freedom Mobile and need a manual port request completed as I am unable to receive the SMS confirmation on my device. How do I go about doing this as I have already submitted a ticket for this manual port from Public Mobile to Freedom Mobile.

I am transferring from Public Mobile to Freedom Mobile. I need public mobile to release the phone number. Freedom mobile has tried everything but they’re unable to further assist without public mobile releasing it.

I doubt that they will give manually confirmation. Why can't you receive sms?

But since you already submitted a ticket you have to wait for a reply maybe another 24-48 hours.

hey @Nicrose , you cannot receive text, that is something you need to talk  to Freedom and see if they are willing to release the line without the sms approval
