Did you get that message putting in the other sim? Or putting back the Public sim? Can you put the Public sim in any other phone? It just to receive and reply to the text. Then it's done. And of course this still needs to be an active account.

@Linda5428 - make sure your Public Mobile account is active, and the other provider takes care of the rest. Once you start the port/transfer process you should receive a SMS text on your public mobile SIM card to approve the transfer.
