I have been trying for probably 2hrs to make a payment and have gotten many messages saying this is wrong that is not right etc. This system is useless What ever happened to customer service There does not appear to be any on this site. I guess maybe it's time to look for another provider. You need to have a live person if things do not work out on line I'm truly frustrated

Try clearing your browser's cache, or try a different browser or device. Or, even better, open a tab in incognito mode and access My Account that way.

But if using Chrome, best and easiest way, I find, is opening a tab in incognito mode then log in this way.

 

If issues persist, submit a ticket to CSA for assistance.

Look like there are many payment problem today

First try clear cache and relaunch browser and try to login My Account that way

 

Or Try to call *611 and pay that way.  It will ask you for the 4 digits pin, if you don't know, you can reset it on My Account first
