Trying to make calls but when I put the number in it comes up with call failed or ended should I be in primary or personal

More details would be helpful. Does incoming calls work? What about texts and data?
Which model phone are you using? Is it VoLTE compatible with PM network.
Do you have physical SiM card or eSIM?
