just arrived in Cabo Mexico and we have the Canada, us, Mexico plan.
I am here with my daughter . My daughter can call me but when I try to call her as soon as she picks up the call drops. She has I phone 11 I have I phone 13. Anybody knows why?

You are in Cabo at Spring break. There mobil system is over taxed. I have the Canada, US, Mexico plan. Some times the call we'll go through, and some times not. Data seems a bit more reliable. We use WhatsApp and Fongo also to communicate. Otherwise we have been able to call back to Canada, call Mexican numbers and call other members in our party from Canada. Just be aware that the mobile coverage will vary depending on your location. I am at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach, and mobile coverage is spotty here, but in town is great.

Have you both tried resetting your network connection or rebooting your phones. If that does not clear up your problem, you need to message a customer agent:
