I have a new visa credit card same number just a new expiry date, could not access *611 as my phone is disabled

@Dprovenz Even with an expiry data change, you still need to update your credit card and reenter information like a new one (yes, it is inconvenient)
Login to My Account, and go to Payment page, manage my card and use the Replace this credit card option

Do you have access to your self serve account?go the the payment page scroll down to manage card click on that and change your info there

@Dprovenz , are you able to login to your self serve account and make a credit card update. This cannot be done using 611.
