Hi, 

Can you help me to check if my payment go through or not.

I tried used my credit card to pay a couple time. Please check if you over paid it or not.

@sasa810, in addition to checking the payment history in the account, you should be able to also look at your credit card transaction history.  The most obvious way to check is if the service is still going, the payment must have gone through.

Hi @sasa810.  First and most importantly, you should not post any private information in the community.  It is open to anyone to see.

You should be able to see if your payment went through by logging into your self serve portal.  Should be visible under Payment|TransactionHistory.  If you do not see it there, you should send a private message to the moderators team.
