make sure you have mobile data turned on. It does count towards your data quota, but it needs data on
if same, make sure you are using Google Message, clear cache and try again. If still failed, backup your messages, then uninstall Google Message, reboot your phone and reinstall
last, ask PM agent to refresh your account on the system. Submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:
