I have stayed with public mobile more than 1 year but my loyalty reward is still 1$. Can anyone help?

They apparently allow up to 60 days of inactive/suspended/expired status per year without impacting days counted into Loyalty Reward. So I doubt a couple days here or there will matter.
I have observed that interrupted plan cycles - caused when you force the plan to renew immediately (which some people do to refresh their data provision) - will not count the days of incomplete billing cycle towards Rewards. This can add up to a lot of days if you do this a lot, and this is obviously not an issue at all if you've never done it.
The first Loyalty Reward isn't awarded until the 13th billing cycle (as @CountyDownIeUk explained). And it doesn't actually give you a discount until the next (14th) billing cycle is prepaid. Loyalty Rewards are similarly offset each year. Maybe a little misleading, you sort of get "ripped off" a few dollars over the years, but then again it's still far better than the complete lack of discounts you'll find at any other provider.

Loyalty is by the year.
12 x 30 day cycle = 360 days.
1 year is 365 days.
Will show in your My Account after 1 year, after your 12th Payment and before your 13th Payment.

No help. From start to one year = $0 loyalty. After one to 2 years = $1. After 2 to 3 years = $2. After 3 to 4 years = $3. After 4 to 5 years = $4. After 5 years = $5 and thereafter.
You can find your anniversary date in rewards and click on discover rewards. Don't click join!

HI @Dhuyen for the SIM lost, you didn't put the account in Lost/Stolen for over than a month?, they will extend that month back if so.
Andthe extra dollar $1 loyalty will start kick in AFTER you completed the 365 days, so, it is applied on the 13th month,

If you want to confirm your activation day and if PM missed the loyalty discount, open ticket with PM CS agent:
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
start by typing : Contact CS Agent
then Click "Contact Us"
then Click "Other"
finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

I see they said that after 1 year, the reward will be increased.

I losty sim card once during the year, I think. And once I paid the bill 2 days late. Is this a problem?

You will get $1 after your activation date. You will need more than 2 years to get $2.

HI @Dhuyen when was the exact activation date?
did you suspended or put the account in lost/stolen for some extended time during the year?
