Hi i tried calling the helpline posted for customers before 2015 but it did not work. I lost my sim card a few days ago and i would like to deactivate it.

Hi @Syed3669. Sorry to hear about it. You can deactivate your sim from your self service portal.
Just log in and go to Plans and Add-ons, then Lost/Stolen phone.
When you get a replacement, you can activate that one from the portal as well (from the Change Sim Card section).
