I lost my SIM card while traveling. I bought a new one but when I’m on the app and press change SIM card it asks me to confirm my identity with a code send to my phone number. I can’t receive that because I lost my sim. The only option on the screen is to resend code. It does not give me an option to send it to my email. If I press need to help it brings me to online activation service. Then I click I’m already an existing customer and the screen just goes blank. What should I do??

There’s no option for didn’t get code only resend code. Which just resends to my phone number.

@Emrain Get support to help you change SIM card then if you can’t get code sent to email by tapping “didn’t get code”
