Lost primary number

I ported over a secondary number and realized it wiped out my primary line. How do I get this back?

You will need to contact PM. You can only have 1 account per number. 

Use the orange text bubble on the bottom right to open a ticket. Type in customers service agent

yes, each PM account should have an unique email login , no account sharing, ie, 2nd account need another email to setup the account

we saw your problem before and PM usually able to sort it out and restore the old number back.  Please ask PM to help.  Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)  Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
