Lost phone

My sister lost her phone and we, I am paying for her service. I have access to her account but can’t cancel the service because the 2 step number goes to her phone so we can’t access it. Can it be sent to her email?

@Unffire1 , yes the 2FA can be sent to email.  Simply use the resend code option and you will have the option to select email.
