My sister lost her phone and we, I am paying for her service. I have access to her account but can’t cancel the service because the 2 step number goes to her phone so we can’t access it. Can it be sent to her email?
My sisters phone got stolen this morning, I pay the bill but I can’t access the account to stop service. My credit card info is on there. How can I cancel it. She can’t because obviously no phone, help! Thanks
