I've lost my phone unfortunately. I was hoping it would be turned in because I lost it at my work ( a secure facility), but no luck.
So today I have suspended my services & checked the activity. Turns out, someone has been using it! Several texts and only one outgoing call lasting 9 minutes. Is there a way for me to get the details of the usage? The phone# that was called & the numbers being texted? What is being sent in the texts.
They have turned the location off so "find my phone" won't work.
Please, give me good news. I've only bought the phone 2 months ago.

Thanks. This gives me hope. I'm still hopeful that I work with honest people & it will turn up.

If this is escalated to the moderator team, they should be able to help with identifying details of where the phone is being used. Network connection logs are really detailed. This guy who took the phone and decided to use is really stupid. The logs are going to trace right to his front door.

Hey @Wisewoman,
How did you find out about the 9 minute long phone call and the texts?
I ask because if you are seeing this in selfserve, that very page has the details in 2 columns titled "Originating #" and "Destination #"
I doubt PM can give any more info than whats there under the "Usage Hisory" tab in the "Plan and Add-ons" section at https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca
