Lost my account because I ported my number to another company

I have lost my ability to log in to my account after I ported my phone number to another carrier. I should still be able to log in and manage my account because I have not cancelled it. I still have minutes remaining and I am still on auto pay......

Actually, you have in fact cancelled it.  Public Mobile doesn't have a choice in this matter.  When you ported your number out to another provider, Public is required by number portability rules to cancel your service. And as Public Mobile only has one phone line per account, the account gets closed out as well.

That's correct, your account has been closed.

When you port a number to another provider. The account is automatically closed/cancelled. You won't be charged if auto pay is still enebaled. If you do. Then contact the mods
