hi @williamharry43

if you can log in,  you don't need customer support ,

all you need to do is to get a new SIM card new phone.   login and change the SIM card number

@williamharry43

There is no customer service support phone number with Public mobile.  All the service is online and most is DIY services.

If you are in your account, go to Profile section and report your phone lost/stolen.  If you find your phone, then you can report your phone found.  Otherwise, once you get a new phone, you can either get a new physical SIM card and change the number in your self service account. If eSIM, download the pM app on your new phone and purchase another eSIM, which should be free and then a new eSIM will be installed on your new phone.

You really don't need to contact customer service agent for lost phones. You can deal with the situation yourself.

You should be able to access your self service account without the use of your phone (which is stolen).  You can get the 2FA code via email instead of text.

Do you see "Didn't get the code" link?  Click on that link and it should offer you 2FA email option.  Once into your account, you can report your phone stolen/lost.

@williamharry43 You will need to talk to a CS rep. Send them a message at: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
