Lost cell phone

So I lost my cell phone in Mexico yesterday on my way back home. Can I buy a new SIM card and cell phone and use my old cell number? Is that all I have to do?

Once you have a new SIM you have to log into your account and change the SIM card number under "my profile".

Yes, you can keep your phone number and use that with a new SIM card and phone device.  The active SIM card can be changed from inside your Self Serve account. I also suggest disabling the service by using the Lost/Stolen option for now.
