Have you ever created a My Account before? If not and you are a current customer (have been active within 90 days and have not ported out to another provider), you can submit a ticket directly here to: Create or forgot My Account email or password link. (or by methods others provided, as those get to CSA as well).
Ensure you are not going through the online activation process to active the new SIM card. You need to perform a SIM-SWAP to replace it with the current number and account you already have.
See "How To Change Your SIM Card" in this Help Article: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/sim-swap
If issues continue with your My Account, click here to request a SIM Swap with the Public Mobile Customer Support Agents (CSA): Submit ticket for a SIM SWAP

Forgot your SIM card? Huh
You can’t activate a new SIM with the same number on the existing account.
You can replace the SIM card number with the new SIM card to keep the same number.
Can you clarify what you are trying to do?

Forgot your sim card? Lost it?
Look in all your emails for any welcome email or marketing and promotion emails from here. Then do the reset password and send the verification to that email. If that email access needs a text to verify then you're in a pickle. For that you'll need to contact support as listed already to have them change the sim card.

@Kunalroop yes, you can setup the new sim card with your current phone number, you just need to get back to My Account first
My Account login is an email address.
First try to use the Reset Password link there on the login page (or direct link: https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/forgot-password) enter any possible email addresses you could have used and see if it works
if not, PM support will be your friend then, please open ticket with them
1. Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. if you have problem with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there
And a reminder, once you got the login back. Remember to login My Account using a desktop or laptop computer to request Change sim card.. There is some glitch with the change sim card page and it won't work if you login using mobile phone or tablet.
