Long distance calls say there charging me

How come every time I make a long distance call my phone says long distance charges will apply I can still make the call and nothing seems to charge but after it says that it takes so long for the call to complete and it is rather annoying considering long distance is included

Try putting a 1 in front of the 10 digit number and see if the annoying message goes away.  If not, contact the moderator team to see if there is a provisioning issue with the calling feature that is causing the problem.  The moderator team can be reached via private message using this link.  Refer to the following knowledge base link for information on contacting the moderator team.

You don't need to worry about that if you have a plan with Local unlimited talk. as far as I know PM won't charge you anything unless you purchase add-ons

@Kay567890 Are these calls within Canada and USA? Are numbers that you dial in your Contact list? Do they have +1 in front of them?
