Long distance calling?

I have some long-distance calling minutes to use but it doesn't go through when I am dialing. Could you please advise how to make a phone call abroad?

Yes, I am in Canada and was trying to call Nepal, so seems, we can't call Nepal right?

the long distance calling can be use to call from Canada to just some countries, not all.  

So, are you in canada now and try to call somewhere else?  

and which country you want to call?

these are the only countries you can call from Canada
