I've been trying to call a friend who has the same area code as I do. I have province wide calling but it's saying that I don't have a long distance add on. She lives in the same city. I'm confused why this is happening, seems like a glitch.
Are you near a provincial boarder - eg Ottawa? Sometimes your phone may connect to an out-of-province tower and therefore think you actually out of province.
