It does this time when I submitted email to reset password. I dont rmb setup security questions either

If you don't remember your password to login. You can click "Forgot password" that is where you would be asked to enter your security question.
If you like to change your security question and have access to your account.

No, not on login, but it will be used on the Forgot my password link.

Yes, Certainly. There is a security question that you must set during the activation process with Public Mobile.

If you've forgotten your Self Serve password, remember that it must contain a minimum of 6 characters, including at least one digit. No spaces are allowed.
