When I try to login in, it keeps giving me
Email or password is incorrect. Please try again, or reset password.
I did a reset password and tried to log in, gives me the same.

understand you have the password reset issue.
Try to use Incognito mode.
Try to request reset password, then actual resetting the password and finally logging in My Account all done under Incognito browser mode (if you are using Safari, it is call Private mode)

I now found a Direct Message to a living agent!! Found it in a reply to someone else’s very frustrated message on FB.
What it did was this it wouldn’t recognize my username and password. It asked to reset the password using the phone number not the email address. It’s successfully sent me a verification code and the screen to create a new password which was excepted. Then it would revert to the standard login page and reject the same password That it had just excepted. It has done this again and again and again and again over the last month.

good ideas. I’m on a rural island right now. Not many such services unfortunately. Later at airport perhaps. But last time (December) I had to travel with no phone in usa.

and you tried to use Incognito mode ?
if error really about wrong password, did you try to reset it?
Als, what are you trying to login and do? Wonder if you can call do it via calling *611 (1.855.4PUBLIC)

Can you try the desktop mode available in some browsers? I wouldn't hold my breath but who knows. At this point it might be worth trying. Or find a library with internet access and that they let you log in to things.

@DuncanKirk- So did you finally get in after the many many attempts? If not then try another browser or even device or use private mode and maybe also use a non-mobile browser.

If you are in no rush, try back in an hour
But if you really need it now, then try again, and again 🙂

Don't try to log in in next few hours and do NOT change your password. It is not you, PM has some issues.

@mcallist66 it could work if you try again couple times
So, maybe there are couple servers and one or two are now down. You might be able to login if it routes you to the good one

@mcallist66 couple of us have problem logging on to it in the last 5 to 10 minutes It has been on and off
you can try to use Incognito mode
If you do not need to do anything urgent, maybe wait and try back in an hour.
