Hi everyone, it's been a while since I have been able to login to my account. Anyone have the same problem? Any solutions? I have tried google, chrome, bing... Refreshing, incognito tab, switching devices..... Nothing.

@Racheltaylor21   Are you clearing cache/cookies and using incognito/private mode to login?

@Maddie-Jaclyn Yup I can’t log into my self serve account because it locks me out every time I try to log in, even after I’ve gotten help from customer support by submitting the ticket. It would be so nice if PM had a phone number for support instead. I don’t know why this is happening either 🤷🏻‍♀️

you will need to reset the password. then use incognito/private tab to login using the new password. make sure to login to your account at least once every 2 months. the credentials of the account are deleted after 90 days

@Maddie-JaclynTry logging into your account using a browser in incognito mode and try using a computer instead.
