I selected a plan to subscribe to as a new customer I signed up but then get an error code can’t resign up and if I log in it give error code

Download PM app and use it to subscribe
Maybe use a different email address this time

I never even got to finish it on the website only got to the part with the name and email and got an error code and when I try to sign up again it says there an account already made

Did you use the PM app to activate new account? Need to use PM app to finish off activation of new account if you initially used the website.
Were you already charged?
