This happen when I port number to PM
I need to log in to my account to activate my esim but I can log in
after I log in with my email with email verification code
There is one more verification code to my number but I don’t have access to it
number canceled with previous provider before I activate esim with public mobile
after I Yes to text, I had disconnection during a sim activation
i simply text to yes to previous provider
i just need to log in to my account to activate esim

If you cancelled your account with the previous carrier. You COULDN’T have replied to the text from them because your old SIM doesn’t work anymore.
Your previous account MUST BE active for you to port over to PM.
Just a little confused about your question.

hi @seanyoon didnt you use the app to activate?? Did you reach the last step about Completing the activation?? or you just made the payment and not even at the step to choose phone number??
