i am having log in problems. What can I do if my account has been disabled?

@lifranc2003  if it is just a regular locked out, forgot password, you can ask PM Support to unlock the account.  But you should first try the Forgot Password link there, it is quicker.

 

 

If it has been suspended for over 90 days due to non-payment, you would not be able to get back into the account as it would have been permanently closed

Has it been more than 90 days since you renewed your account?  If yes, your account would have been automatically closed.

Have you tried the Forgot your password link? If you are just locked out after too many tries, your account will unlock in about 50 minutes.

If you tried too many time with the wrong password then you need to wait 3 hours and enter your email address then click on Forgot Password.

If you haven’t kept up with your monthly payment for longer than 90 days then your account is closed and you lost your number.
