HI, just wondering if anyone had any problems with their sign in. When trying to sign in to the account reactivate your account or login in to your account always comes up. With that being said, payment has come out of my account for this month. I am not going to reactivate the account when it's already paid for.

it is probably just a login problem, ask PM to check the login issue as well as the payment.

Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here:

it could be just a browser cache problem.  Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)
