Hello,
My Husband has permanently lost access to the email address he uses to log into Public Mobile. How can he reset the email associated with his account?

The email that was used is just the login ID so as long as the password is correct then you should be able to login to his account. The 2FA code will be text to his phone to access his account.
Once you are in the account just go to Account tab - Manage Login (Secure by EverSafe) then update the email address.

@farmerTom if he cannot sign into his Public Mobile account, he would need to message an agent for assistance.
