hi

I am a student in canada. I cant seem to login to public mobile after the rebranding. everytime i login its asks to change the password and even then i can't see my plan details.
when i first changed my password it showed me my mobile no. but it would not show me the plan details and when i try to register withe sim it says the sim is in use

Is there someone who can help me??

I am not in the country so am not able to check if the services work. I tried to register through the app and through my laptop but it doesn't work.

did you register with eversafe as part of the process?

Try using a desktop or laptop device, if available, as opposed to mobile device to see if you are able to access self-serve.

@AliCamp  Clear web browser cache and cookies and try agin incognito private mode or even different device . Also you can try the new PM app also . If your continue to have issues please submit ticket with support to help you
