I have been trying to recover my password but it's says i am blocked. Please advise how to recover my password?

It's been an hour so your probably unlocked now.

Delete you cache and go into incognito mode and try again. The email takes some time to get sent out so watch for it in 30 min to an hour. 

Make surey you check your junk mail folder just in case.
